So I’m having a hard time finding jewelry to go with my dress. Our colors are black and Ivory. I found this jewelry today at Belk’s but I’m unsure whether it’s ok for a bride to wear black jewelry. Does this really even matter?
Here’s my dress:
Here’s the jewelry:
Other potentials are a pearl necklace or cubic zirconia necklace I borrowed from someone – but I would still need something to go with these. Thoughts?

If you like it, do it! who makes up rules about what a bride can and can’t do… if it fits your personality and your wedding than just go for it…. people are more likely to notice appreciate and remember it if it is unexpected!

Brides can absolutely wear black jewelry. With that said… I don’t think the set you picked out will go well with the dress. Maybe I just can’t picture it well, but your dress looks so light and romantic and the jewelry looks kind of heavy and industrial (if that makes sense).

Totally fine, but I think a more romantic style would go better with the dress.

I think black could work great, but I’m not a fan of the jewelry you posted – not because of the color but because the style doesn’t match your dress.
