If anything, I’d say it’s a little too “Bridal” to wear to prom!

It’s really unique & pretty~

I think it would make a great wedding dress! I agree with Pwitty about it being too bridal for prom anyway. Looks 100% like a wedding dress and 0% like a prom dress.

I have this dress in my store in pink, red, and white. I have more people buy it in pink for weddings than in white! In pink, the tulle and the lace are two slightly different tones, so the details really POP on it. It is stunning in person.

I adore it!  But I’m mad about rosettes!  Super cute and I wouldn’t think anyone would confuse it for a prom dress.  Love it!

Somtimes when a dress does extremely well for Sherri Hill, she will produce it in more colors next season. I think they almost have their spring 2011 line done (I will be viewing it in August) but I will pass along a message to my rep that brides are wanting blue 🙂 I can actually check with her on Monday and PM you to tell you if there is any possible way to get it in blue for ya.

The flowers are all sew on. Actually, each “petal” of the rosette is sewn directly onto the dress, so its not like you can snip one thread and have the whole flower come off. Im not sure if you would be able to remove the flowers on the bodice without  damaging the dress.

In person, the top doesnt look nearly as pouffy as it does in the photos.

It looks like a wedding dress to me , I think it would look too “bridal” than “promish” for a prom. Even in pink its still bridal.

That looks more like a wedding dress to me than a prom dress.  I think its gorgeous!!  I can’t believe that someone pays $650 for a prom dress.
