He does crunches, runs, and has a very hands on job where he’s moving, and getting a workout there as well. He’s cut back on eating (actually, he’s just eating slower, so he realizes when he’s actually full, thanks to me lol) and he’s cut out drinking mostly, and drinking soda.
What can he do to get a flatter stomach? We just got out engagement photos back, and he wants to burn them he hates them so much. I really want to help him, so I’ve been working out with him.
PLEASE help me find something that will work for him!

If you google “flat belly foods” you’ll get a list of things that can reduce bloat, and as far as I know ,the best fitness thing for reducing belly fat is CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO!

It’s hard to spot reduce fat. It seems like men lose weight a lot easier than women so if he watches what he eats, he should be able to lose some of his weight from his stomach.

Higher lean protein and veggies. Low fat, low carb. It’s a very limited diet, but as a man, he’ll probably drop lbs pretty past. He needs to do all over cardio to burn fat and then crunches, plank, etc for abs.
