I’m not crazy about ostrich feathers on anything except old clothing.. but do what you feel you like.
Imho, when I think of old hollywood and old hollywood glamour I think candlelight, luxe colors, winter (Why? I don’t know… winter is glamourous… sparkly white snow, fur wraps, etc..), and a bit of sparkle.
Looking through your previous posts I remember the dress post. I hope for this theme you go with the kenneth pool dress and the right accessories (that dress would look beautiful with some sort of fur or feather short cape)
The chandlier centerpieces will be gorgeous.
I think this would be beautiful to incorporate into an old hollywood feel. Maybe on an escort card table. Have you ever thought about vintage cameras? Placing some in random places for the paparazzi feel? You can get them off of ebay pretty cheap.
For your centerpieces I would probably opt for something DIY so you could get a bang for your buck. When I think vintage- I think roses. No, they aren’t the most interesting flower but they are classic. And if you do them yourself… they could be amazing. I would order cream or deep red roses. Put 40-50 in a vase (no greens- just the roses). Very simple, classic, and glamourous. I purchased my flowers from http://www.flowersandfreshness.com. You can get 200 roses for 150 dollars, and they are good quality. I really like the black magic’s for a vintage feel.
If you wanted to add a little more something, I would buy some swarvoski crystals in a deep red color and some wire and make some bouquet gems to add in with the flowers. And plenty of candles. The candle light will catch the crystal and sparkle.

I didn’t want to make my post too long, because I know sometimes it does include everything then.
Does your venue provide linens? I would serious think about renting some awesome linens. Linens totally transform a venue. BBJ linens has offices all over the US… and they are one of the best vendors for linens. A representative will help you with everything. I ordered lamours for my wedding and they are beautiful.
For old hollywood I personally liked red, but you could do anything. here are some options:
Call me crazy, but I think with the black magic roses and some candle light- this would be pretty,

Another idea would be to do some really interesting colors. personally I think
and some dark pink and burgandy flower arrangments and candles would look spectacular.
My inspiration for all this was that scene in the aviator with gew stefani
