NEW!

I think it will fantastic once the kinks are worked out.  It’s like everything else, we get used to it one way, freak out over a change (Like facebook, gmail, google, hotmail…pretty much everything ever put online) but after a week or so we don’t remember why we hated the new one so much.

I agree the ads are a bit much, hopefully they can fix that so they’re not so in your face anymore. I think they’ve already toned down the white a little – it’s not as bad as it was originally.

Old. viewing this new site on desktop is awful. I showed my SO, who is a web developer, and my criticism was legit! …plus…could the ads be any more obvious or obnoxious? …oh well.

New.

I’m sorry, but the old board was a joke as far as mainstream forums (vBulletin etc) go. This one is not perfect and there are several things I’d like to see changed, but this is at least improving as users make suggestions. I can’t remember the last major change the old board made. It was just like “Here’s your forum. Ok have fun!”

I was going to vote old, but now that I have been able to log in and check out the site some more, it’s fine. I just would like the OP boxes back as well as the category listing on a post.
