So, we have a great venue for our wedding, but it’s an historical buidling that’s still under renovation. It’s really cool and a huge space, but the walls need work and I am stumped as to how to distract away from them.
Our venue is Washington Hall in Seattle (www.washingtonhall.org). It is really amazing, but the stair way heading up to the Main Hall and the balcony surrounding the main hall need a lot of cleaning and love.
Any great ideas? Our theme is Undersea and we’re already going to be utilizing a lot of paper lanterns and balloons (like big bubbles). I’m thinking some sort of stringed lighting or inexpensive fabric may help, but am stumped.
I can’t wait to see what everybody suggests!
