I don’t know, but am curious as well 🙂  Hopefully someone will have an answer.

Does anyone know how far out she is booked right now?  I am getting married next May, and haven’t been dress shopping yet (got engaged a few weeks ago).  I’ll be shopping soon.  Should I go ahead and call to get in line?

@kmb727:  I read another thread where she was booked up almost an entire year in advance! I would go ahead and book her now if I were you. Don’t know a thing about her rates though. My alterations were very simple. I got them done at Tam’s Tailors in North Raleigh based on the recommendation of a friend’s stepmother who gets her tailoring done there.

@MRSsrm85:  That is crazy!  She must be as amazing as everyone says she is…  I will go ahead and get on the books!

@kmb727:  I would have booked her too but my engagement period was all of 4.5 months. Luckily, I chose a dress that did not need any kind of fancy alterations.

@kmb727:  I called her last week (two weeks ago?) and she said she was booked through the end of the year. 🙁 Big bummer – my wedding is in October and I’m scrambling to find someone to do alterations now!

@MrsFutureG:  She is amazing! I drove 3 hours, each way, two weekends in a row to have her do my alterations. She wrote out a detailed breakdown of the costs for me, and was just very good at her kraft. My dress was all lace, and while I ordered it in the correct length from the designer, I did need a bit of alterations at the top. She did a fantastic job, I don’t know anyone who has not been happy with her.

FWIW, I bought my dress on January 16th (it was a holiday) and called her first thing the next business day to set up an appointment. I had alterations in July for my September wedding. I wanted them early, because I knew I’d be busy and with living so far away.

I just called Olga and she told me she is booked til June Frown. She asked about maybe coming in in December, but my Wedding isn’t until May and I won’t get my dress until January. Does anyone know anyone else in the area that is good and not too expensive.
