My fiance and I are going to have different food stations at our reception (at least that’s the plan right now). We’re both thinking pasta as one, and Spanish appetizers as another, as well as a salad area. Now he thinks we should have an omelette station…which I said was weird for dinner at a wedding. He said, “You have no idea how many people would love that…except you, of course.” Soooooo. What do you think??

I like breakfast for dinner. I say if he wants a station then y’all should do it. Who cares if people think its odd (not that they would). It’s his day too, give that man of yours an omelette LOL!

I guesssssss…it would be neat to have a bunch of options to put in them, too.
I really want lots of small things. Like mini sandwiches that are classy. Does that exist? Ha.

Eggs make me sick so I wouldn’t partake but it’s a neat idea… as long you don’t go all out and serve nothing but breakfast for dinner. That’s a little odd. I speak from experience, having attended a wedding where they served only breakfast foods.

That is so weird!! But it sounds kinda yummy.
I think we will have stations so there is a lot to choose from. We just had brunch for mother’s day at the Hershey Hotel and it was sooo good…and they had an omelette station there. About five people at our table got one (not me!), so maybe it is a good idea. “Brunch” was at 3:30pm, too.

I think people would be into it!! Grooms usually don’t get involved or exctied about too much (that I have seen/heard) Let him have this one 🙂

I think it would be awesome if you had like an ice cream sundae bar with all kinds of toppings, or mashed potato bar, but I’m not into eggs for dinner, maybe brunch, but not dinner. Sorry.
