Depends, does your gut tell you yes or are you asking for permission/looking for an excuse?

I don’t think one night would hurt you, maybe just lower the intensity a wee bit. 

But don’t get your heart too set until you see a doc. I’ve seen lots of tests on here that looked very positive & turned out not to be.

I see a really faint line.  Try a digital – there is no denying the results spelled out in writing!

Mine looked like that at first and I was for sure pregnant! I took another test the next day and it was a little darker. Congrats!!
