I also have to agree that I don’t care for the St. Pucchi. Plus that much money for a dress is crazy, especially if you have to use credit to buy it.

Not sure I’d buy a gown that I have to pay off over a lot of time.  I’d rather spend the money on a honeymoon πŸ™‚ I’d stick to what’s affordable! Must see pics when you decide!

IMO the Allure is much more elegant than the St. Pucchi… even ignoring the fact that it’s like 1/3 of the price.

Love those roses on the skirt, how gorgeous.

Currently contemplating on a very similar Allure Couture dress myself and I found their bedazzled bodice surprisingly flattering.  Please do post some pics when you get to try it on!

If youre looking for a similar dress but quite poofier, I’d suggest taking a look at C170.

I just peeked at C170 by Allure and it is GORGEOUS!!!

If I were you I would seriously take into consideration my budget and priorities. Many people CAN afford a $7,000 dress but choose not to because it is not on the top of their priority list. If, however, you CAN afford it comfortably and it is something that is very important to you, then go for it.

They wouldn’t make such lavish dresses if there weren’t people to buy them, right??!?!

That is a gorgeous dress! And your mom is right, it does look like a Pnina Tornai and it is reminescent of a St. Pucchi! Good luck πŸ™‚

Well you can buy it on ebay for $6000, if the size fits:

I would buy this stephen yearick gown in a heartbeat for $1250 OBO but I am not a fan of such poofy bottoms, I think the bodice is stunning
