3 1/2 weeks is plenty of time to get a dress altered, I wouldn’t worry even if the sample doesn’t fit. Most stores don’t start alterations till a month prior to the wedding anyway.

You can probably swing the time frame.  However, I would be concerned that they still don’t ship it on time, it gets stuck in customs, etc.  The bridal shop needs to work out something with Allure to fix this.  You shouldn’t have to worry about a dress not fitting correctly because of their screw up.
