So my fiance and I just bought EA Active today and I tried it out. Holy smokes, people I didn’t realize how much it would actually work! My legs are uber tired from all those squats and lunges. I only wish the arm exercises matched the intensity of them. I like that I can make workouts and not have to wait around as much as with wii fit. Yay. This is good. I’m soo lazy to go to the campus rec center…this will help me be better.
I know there are a bazillion posts about exercise games and dvds, but eck…I thought I’d give it a shout out.

It gets easier. I got Wii Active about 7 months ago. I love it. I just bought the set of graduated bands. Active totally beats going to the gym! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my thighs and rear. I did work out before using a bands dvd and the stairclimber. Wii Active is much more fun and more effective.

I have not been that active in the past year however I think it would be good for a lot of people since you can customize workouts. With all the squats and lunges I’m still sore.

Squats and lunges are the best! Honestly, it takes a lot more work to get your legs and butt in shape than your arms. So it’s good that your legs still hurt! Arms need very little work to be defined.
