I have tried “my dress” on twice now, each time resulting in some tears and saying its the one. BUT I have not bought it yet because once I leave the store I become indifferent about the dress. I have a friend that is getting married a couple months before me and hearing her talk about her dress also puts doubt in my mind, she LOVES her dress and she looks B_E_A_UTIFUL in it. To add to the my confusion, I keep thinking of how I want lace on my dress. Here I am in the dress, mind it is a size or two small. But either way PLEASE HELP, I need some advice!!!
PS we are having a destination wedding.

You look gorgeous in that dress! I really Like it!
Have you tried on any lace dresses? If it’s lace you keep thinking about maybe you should try on a few dress with lace and compare.

@SupermansSweetheart: Thank you.
I have, but they didn’t hit me in the right spot. I am a bigger girl, obviously. 🙂 ButI have a very defined waist and I want that to be seen when wearing my dress. The lace ones I have tried on have not done that for me.

@anngeela: It’s a great dress! You look beautiful in it! Do you always have doubts like that about other things you purchase? Because if you do, then it’s just normal and go ahead and buy the dress!
I know I’m always indecisive when it comes to buying clothing. But at the end of the day when it’s time to wear them I love them. And I always say “Thank god I ended up buying this”

That’s a lovely dress. How many dresses have you tried? Have you thought about a cute little lace bolero or something? It might be something simple like that, that will help you love your dress 24/7.

You still have some time, so I would say go and try on some more dresses. (Advice from someone who bought a dress too soon and ended up with major dress regret!) You might ultimately still come back to this dress, but I think you should be more sure before you lay down the money.

Could you get that dress in the pic but add a belt with some lace on it and then maybe a veil (if you are wearing one) with matching lace?

I like it. You have an hour glass figure, that dress really highlights your slender waist. I do think you should try other dresses on though. Perhaps something with a slightly fuller skirt?

I think you should keep looking. I bought a lace dress, and am a size 16. The cut of the dress has more to do with how it will look rather than the fabric. If you’re having doubts and haven’t even bought the dress yet, you’ll probably have dress regret after you buy it. I would look online, and then try to find them to try on. Good luck!

The dress is beautiful on you. If you want lace, like others said, try n more dresses. You will try dresses and fallin love with any, but only one can be THE ONE, So until you find one you feel absolutely content with, I wouldn’t settle for less. But only YOU can decide that. Good luck!!

If you havent brought it yet and keep having doubts, I would have a look at other dresses first, just to be sure. When I first started wedding dress shopping I was very particular, knew exactly what I want – the shop owner made me try on other styles which I hadnt considered and I was shocked at what suited me! Try any style on, even if you think you arent going to like it, if you dont, it will just confirm it, but you may surprise yourself.
Some suggestions here have been good if you do go for that dress, wearing a lace bolero or something.
