I love that “something old, something new” idea!
I lik the earing (out of an ering, Ha!) I’m trying out the one on each hand right now and it’s very distracting for me 😉 Before I can think about doing anything with them, I’m going to get them both insured! Fiance insists lol

Oh I agree with your FI! DEF get them insured! 🙂
Whatever you decide for the meantime its such a nice “problem” to have though, if I must say! 😉

you are lucky! well, now you have two rings that you can change up whenever you feel like.
if you feel like it’s important for your rings to be with you during the wedding (for sentimental reasons) then my suggestions are:
- wear one on your right hand
- sew one into your dress so that it is with you during the ceremony
that way, you don’t have to think of one of them as being somehow less significant just because it wasn’t part of the wedding.

Thanks bees! I’m up bright and early this morning checking out insurance 😛
I’m going to wear whichever one suite my fancy on that particular day 😛 though I will most likely wear the original one to work since I’ve ripped through more gloves with the new ring in the few weeks I’ve had it than I did the whole time I was wearing the original.

I am so happy for you! I can only imagine how it felt t ofind it again. if the hardest part of your wedding day is trying to figure out which one to wear, then I say, that’s a great problem to have 😉

I would reset one of them into a pendant necklace. Congrats!

OMG I had almost the same experience except mine was lost for a year in a backpack. I’m glad to hear that you found yours! I missed my ring so badly, and I cried when I found mine too. Enjoy having your baby back 🙂
