June 26th! (Yeah, it’s a monday. It’s a destination wedding and everyone will be on vacation!)
MemberI am getting married THIS MONTH!!! It hit me last night as I laid in bed, I tried to sleep and I was like ZOMG.
26 more nights… I have a feeling I won’t be sleeping very much these next few weeks.
Membermrss2b2017 : Just a lot of little things left to do. Need to make up hotel welcome bags, finalize all the songs we are using, get a few more decorations, make a seating chart, stuff like that. Oh and make up my mine on what cake I want beause for some reason I decided it was a good idea for me to make my own wedding cake!!! We are going to do cupcakes and I have a pretty good idea of what I want to do, I just have to figure out the logistics.
Membermrss2b2017 : I mainly have the usual things that you do closer to the date: dress alterations, and finalizing with the rentals and catering once we have numbers. I still have to find earrings and a necklace. We also have to finalize the details of the ceremony with the officiant, but there’s lots of time for that. We just met her last Friday.
I have the week of the wedding off, so I’ll have time to tie the proverbial loose ends… and I’m sure there will be 100 things that I wish I would have done a month before.

Membermrss2b2017 : We have mostly everything done. But I have to do the seatign chart once I get all of my rsvps back. We decided last minute to get transportation for the bridal party so that has been a challenge.
I can’t beleive its happening! I am learning to just let certain things go and not stress myself.
Membermrss2b2017 : I pretty much have everything done. I have sent invites to I am waiting for RSVPs and then all I have to do is the seating chart. I am having a terrible time deciding though about music. Ceremony, entrances, even first dance. I have no idea!! And we have to go get our marriage license.
If anything I am stressing about the walk down the aisle and first dance. I hate being the center of attention, I dont know why I decided to have a big wedding! Lol.

MemberOMG!! June 24th here! Wow i can’t believe it’s almost here! I’m pretty on top of everything. Just have to finish dress alterations, wait for my 500 etsy orders to come in LOL (that site is a blessing and a curse), and doing our seating chart/ place cards.
Last week I decided I wanted to get crazy and order preserved magnolia leaves for the place cards and have a calligrapher write on them.. TALK ABOUT LAST MINUTE IDEA haha the calligrapher needs everything in two weeks in order to have enough time before the wedding
Membermrss2b2017 : our deadline for RSVP returns is Saturday, so we have to do final guest count things (like place cards – though I’ve done ~half-, seating chart, etc.), confrence call with our DJ, and order the booze for the bar/meet with our bartender. Just saw our floral centerpiece sample on Sunday and it was so pretty! Made me feel good about where we are with the planning. I should probably get on that bartending stuff though… 😉
