salt does make a major difference, lol.

when i started losing weight last year in June i cut out all sodium. and increased my water intake to about 100 oz a day. that combined with sensible meals 5 or 6 times a day = to a 8lb drop.

 in a week.

stunning.

i, on the other hand, do have a lot of weight to lose. i’ve lost 30 lbs so far and look forward to dropping another 40 before the big day. i was already in the process of losing a large amount of weight. i just consider the wedding a great motivator to help me stay on track. i stalled for about 3 months so this has kicked me back into gear.

i still remember how i felt when my tummy became smaller than my boobs. i was thrilled!

and i’ve got some serious boobage. SERIOUS. lol!

WOO HOO It took me 6 weeks to lose five lbs. well, i was still drinking like a fish and eating like a cow but hey it was the holidays. Now it’s time to get serious Thanks for the inspiration

Congrats!  Sounds like you probably have a bit of a lactose allergy…I can’t eat much dairy myself.  After getting diagnosed with several food allergies last year I now don’t eat any gluten, eggs, beans, soy and verrrry little dairy.  As soon as I cut those out of my diet I lost about 3 inches of ‘bloat’ from around my stomach and I FEEL so much better too.
