It’s okay! We all have those days. Tomorrow is a new day and you can start fresh 🙂 It’s okay to let your body indulge every once in a while….dieting is so hard! Congratulations on the weight loss, though! And have a sip(or a gulp) of wine for me 😉

Forgive yourself.  Get back on track tomorrow.  Eat healthily and drink lots of water.  Take a walk or do an extra workout.
