I went for 5. I have done everything by myself, with the exception of going dress shopping which I travel very far fo so I wouldn’t have to do it on my own.

My Mum and sister live over 5 hours away so phone calls and online communication is the only way I can get input and help with ideas.

Fiance is helpful when I ask, and ask haha he has a lot going on himself with his business so i don’t want to add to his stress with wedding stuff.

We currently live with Fiance parents as they would prefer us not to move into our own home before marriage. Future Mother-In-Law is helpfull, sometimes and very unhelpful other times (guest list mainly) my family deal with certain issues in ways Fiance family find silly which means most my my requests or ideas for the wedding get laughed at or dismissed. It’s quite stressfull.

Anyway all in all I have enjoyed some aspect and hated others.

I’ve enjoyed it for the most part…although I can’t say that I don’t want it to end.  I definitely want it to end!!  So I voted an 8.

Love it. If I knew I could be successful at it, I would become a wedding planner. I love organizing stuff and planning things and making spreadsheets and lists. I’ve had an absolute blast so far doing wedding stuff.

I love the DIY stuff and cake tasting, I hate seating arrangements, dress shopping, picking hairstyles, ring shopping, looking for venues, choosing linens, and basically anything that involves any kind of shopping.  I honestly can’t wait until my wedding is over, but I am looking forward to wrapping my bouquets and marrying my Fiance so I voted 5.

I voted a 7… for the most part, it’s been great fun and I’m soooo looking forward to the day of!

Every now and then Fiance says something or seems not so excited, because I think he’s a bit nervous to be around SO many people on that day. He’s more of a laid back guy and he likes just hanging out. Super formal events aren’t always his idea of a good time. I have absolutely done my best to make it a day that he can enjoy too! (A fire pit, some of his favorite treats, its outside, etc etc etc.) So I do believe that the day of he’ll have a good time, but sometimes when he gets worried he gets a little snappy about the wedding *eye roll.*

And the money stresses me out, for sure! But it seems like that will be taken care of now, so I’m ready!!!

I have loved every second if it. But I’m looking forward to having nothing to do on weekends but go to the beach and to not having to save all of our money for the wedding ๐Ÿ™‚

I love it up to 9 sometimes, but there were low points of hating it at about 2.5. Most of the time I do enjoy it, so I’d say 7 overall.

I love it. All of it. I’m a planner though so I knew I would. I used to get excited when the new semester schedules were put out just because I loved planning my new class schedule, haha.

I haven’t done a lot of DIY stuff though. I’m a pretty crafty person, but if I do it and I know a lot of people are going to see it then I tend to be really hard on myself. So I didn’t even bother because I didn’t want to waste money only to end up buying it already put together later.

I actually would say about 8 or 9. It’s not completely fool-proof and can be timeconsuming (even if I’m having a small affair, still gotta find things to fit my needs),but, I do have fun with it.

I’m having fun because I’m doing it MY way and not trying to keep up with trend or anyone else’s conventional ideas. It’s a shame that so many brides ruin the experience for themselves by stressing over everY little thing. Seriously, chair covers and centerpieces are not worth crying over. You can spend thousands on flowers and fabric but if the food is bad and the entertainment is dull your wedding will suck for your guests.

I had fun. Obviously, there were a few things that irritated me during the whole wedding planning process. I can’t say I was stressed out, I was more annoyed at times. But I’ll admit, even though it wasn’t too bad, I was happy to be married and finally stop planning!

It depends what day you ask me!  Some days I love it and am sooo excited!  Other days, when it feels like nothing is going right or I’ve compromised so far I can no longer see anything remotely like what I’ve envisioned, I hate it.

    Overall, I’m enjoying though ๐Ÿ™‚
