Does anyone do any work outs on Comcast OnDemand? My friend said to check them out… I did the 10 minture back and abs the other day which was quick but definitely focused more on abs than back. Not that I don’t need both but I’m targeting my back and obliques more.
I know Jillian has some workouts on there but I have yet to check them out. Any favorites?

I’m constantly working out to On Demand’s The Biggest Loser Cardio Max – great work out – and Jillian Michael’s The 30 Day Shred. I love that it’s free and I can work out from my home if I feel like it.

I also love the Biggest Loser workouts (though I have the DVDs). Sometimes I will do tae-bo on demand, but try to keep it to a minimum so that our downstairs neighbors don’t hate us : )
