@CourtneyB:  i think you should check out black bridesmaid dresses or you can always get a black dress made from one of those wedding dress designer knock off places.

i googled black evening gowns and so many images came up.  just refine your search for what you want.

I’m having my purple wedding dress made by a local seamstress. I would try to find someone in your area and have them make a dress like one of those Vera Wang’s…they’re gorgeous!

Best thing to do is get a black bridesmaid dress and either soup it up a little, or accessorize with a veil to set it apart as a ‘bridal’ wear. Smile

Damn, those black dresses look nice. I was confused when I read the title, then I saw how good they look!

@CourtneyB: Wow, you spent my entire wedding budget on your ceremony dress alone! I bet it’s beautiful though.

Have you visited local seamstresses or boutiques to see what they are capable of doing/already have? My friend bought a lower priced white wedding dress and had alterations done, along with adding tulle and lace to make it blue. I bet you could do something similar if you are opened to it being partly white…

I think Oriel by Modeca is beautiful. Classy. Less dramatic than the Vera though but also heaps cheaper

@CourtneyB:  I would send Jasmines an e-mail and ask them to quote.  Lots of good reviews on the Bee.
