How about the Gwenyth by Maggie Sottero?  I just ordered mine last week!  It has beading on the chest, sweetheart neck line, rouching, side gather on left side, corset back, AND A-line.

Keep in mind you can’t tell what it looks like the best (especially the back) because the sample dress I have on is too big….

I would suggest looking at Maggie Sottero or Mori Lee dresses.  Although it’s hard to offer suggestions not knowing exactly what your budget is and what ‘too much’ is.

Also, in addition to knowing budget, is January 2011 your actual wedding? (Just to know time frame) Have you looked at sites like preownedweddingdress.com or onewed.com to find some at discounts?

I got a Mori Lee gown that has everything you listed, and I am plus size and they make it. It’s a-line, strapless, chapel train, corset back, no beading or embroidery except on one side at the waist , and rouched at the waste, it is not a deep sweetheart but a little one. She had a lot of other beautiful dresses that are similar also. And the best thing about them is the price mine was around $500.00.
