I’ve been doing a good job throughout the engagement of taking care of myself. Working out, eating right, getting facials, trying to keep my nails healthy, etc., and I definitely feel and look better than at the start.
That said, with one month until the wedding, I’m wondering if anyone did anything that kind of gave them an extra boost in the beauty dept. Did you save any sort of treatments until before the wedding? I know we shouldn’t try something new immediately before, but is there anything special I can do to look extra pretty when the wedding is a month away?

Whiten your teeth, over the counter stuff works for me. Also my dentist offers a free wedding polish, which I am doing 3 days before the wedding. I have been having facials for the three months prior to the wedding, every 3 weeks; and I am getting an Oxygenating facial the week of the wedding (I know that is breaking a rule, but the girl I go to at the spa swears by them for Brides a few days before the wedding. It isn’t a normal exfoliating facial, rather a plumping and brightening facial). Also any waxing (eyebrows, etc) at least 4 days ahead (so the makeup will go on smoothly). If waxing causes breakouts, then maybe do it a couple weeks ahead and keep up on tweezing (if you even need waxing). Any cut/trim or color of your hair 2-2.5 weeks before the wedding. And most importantly… Sleep well, lots of water, and moisturize. If you have the time and funds, a body wrap would be a nice treat, as would a massage.

Plus White 10 Minute Whitening Gel.. I bought it at Kmart. You use it twice a day for 2 solid weeks and after that just to maintain the desired color. You need white teeth!!
