Seriously, I haven’t been to the gym in a week. I feel discouraged because even after months and months of hard work we still had to take my dress out an inch. It was just really frustrating to me!
Has anyone else gotten lazy before their wedding.. I figured in the last month I’d be working my hardest but no, here I sit with a bowel of popcorn on weddingbee.

Im kind of in the same boat… I ended up w a dress that had a corset back/had dress regrets/ now just ordered a new dress that is zip up back. I am kind of missing how forgiving the corset back is. I probably still need to lose about 5 lbs for that baby to fit and have me not look like a freakin sausage –ugh!!
Working second shift doesn’t really help the situation. Who wants to get up early or work out after midnight?! lame. I feel for ya

See I can totally understand who you aren’t going.. you work. I’m a stay at home mom! I’ve just gotten plain LAZY! lol

I went though this too!!! I didn’t work out 2.5 weeks before the wedding!! I made myself ride the bike everyother day for a bit but it was nothing like the intense workouts i had been doing for months prior. I didn’t gain any weight though because i tried to watch what i ate (well expect the couple days leading up to the wedding)
I still don’t really know what caused me to lack all drive for a workout.. you would think the wedding we bring enough motivation right?! I think i was just tired and wanted one less thing to do or think about.. and that thing was the gym 😉
All i can say is just watch your food intake and keep active in other ways like taking stairs.. just fit in a little bit but don’t kill yourself or beat yourself up about it! Enjoy yourself and the wedding!

I have 9 months to go and I have no ambition now. Don’t worry you made it to the end, you are healthier and I bet your skin looks great. Letting out an inch is better than having to find a new dress. I’m sure you will look beautiful on your day.

I know exactly how you feel! I’m 34 days away and have been doing Jillian’s DVD’s since the 1st of June, 5 or 6 days a wk. Now it is a daily struggle the closer I get to make myself do it everyday(5/6 days). In fact, I just finished 55 mins and I sooo didn’t want to be doing it!!! I have my 2nd fitting tomorrow so you would think I would be more motivated now than ever but I’m not for some reason. I feel like crap if I miss a workout (guilt) and do feel much better after i exercise. Just make yourself do it!! If I wasn’t seeing great results, I would really be having a hard time but JM 30 day shred and no more trouble zones are great and I have seen quick results, so that helps 🙂 Come on, you can do it!!!
