I bought my sister a GORGEOUS white dress from tj maxx for $30. It looked really cool. Ebay also has nice dresses for super cheap, although I would be careful of the shipping timeline.

Maybe try J.Crew? Or just go to a local bridal salon and ask if they have any samples for sale in your size and budget? Go for a corset closure so you don’t have to get the top taken in as much.

DB, or maybe some other bridal salons, may have clearance dresses for you.  Do you know a good seamstress who could do quick alterations?

Why don’t you go to Nordstrom’s and check out their wedding boutique?  They have lots of reasonably priced options.  If you go to a bridal salon, you’ll only be able to purchase a sample.

Both Nordstrom & J.Crew have wedding shops in Seattle, try that first so you can try the dresses on and order from actual live people.

Bloomingdales has a few options as well:

With the date so close I’d definitely place your order over the phone, and have them confirm whether the items are in stock.  I’d also order multiple dresses because they can be returned.

I’d look for used dresses on ebay, just make sure they’re coming from within the US and talk to the seller first to make sure it’ll arrive in time, might have to pay for rush shipping

I second the J. Crew suggestion.  Their dresses are all silk and really well made.  They have a few for around your price point.  If you can’t get to the store, you can always order one and return it if you don’t like it.

Given the late date and your limited budget, I think that David’s Bridal or J Crew are your best bets.  The only other possibility would be if you’re an easy to fit size and have access to a seamstress, to look at secondhand stores or thrift shops.

Have you tried the classifieds here?  There are lots of dresses being sold for less than $500.

Our town has a bridal consignment store, maybe see if you have one!
