It makes you power-poo!! LOL!
Like many other women, I have a problem with constipation, but I have recently discovered that it can usually be cured with one full bottle of water and an hour-long jogging session on the treadmill! 😀
*sigh* The benefits of exercise never end 😛

lol you’re crazy (in a good/hilarious way). i haven’t noticed this specific benefit but the longest i’ve ever jogged is 30 min… and now I’m back down to week 3 of c25k. i’ll keep this in mind for when I work up to an hour though… haha

I’m pretty sure this can be accomplished through any type of cardio that is performed consistently. Great job on the running though!

Lol that hasn’t happened for me. I still have the little pebbly poos I’ve always had. I’ve doubled up on my water too. I ran 25 miles this week.

Haha! Agreed Kate169 – it didn’t help me one bit either! I’m doomed to a lifetime of constipation I think!
