Will you escort cards include each guests’ meal choice?  Ours will, so each guests has his/her own: Jane Doe OR John Doe.  A bit more informal than how we did our invitations!

List their actual names. You don’t need titles. There may be more than one Mr & Mrs Baldwin and someone else with the same last name may pick up theirs and not sit where you wanted.

I did Mr & Mrs “First Name” Baldwin and Family (if the kids were at the same table and under 18)

Tommy should have his own card if over 2… FUN for him!

If there’s more than one kid, I think “Mr and Mrs Baldwin & Family” is good, too. otherwise, I like “Baldwin Family”.  just my 2 cents.

    Of your choices: Baldwin Family

Personally, I’d do 3 separate cards and individual names on each.

My mother kept wanting 3 separate ones, and I wanted to simplify.  So for things like this, we were with “Family” style listing couples and and families on single cards.

it depends on how you’re serving dinner. if it’s buffet/family style, then it’s okay to put all 3 on one, otherwise, you’ll need to do separate ones.
