And I’d have lost my first goal of 20!!! I would like to lose another 10-15 before the wedding. Any suggestions?
Up until now, I’ve been doing Weight Watchers, so I’ve been walking, boxing gym and watching what I was eating.
I’m ready to really amp up my work outs and restrict my diet to lose my next goal! 43 days!!!!!

Try Kettlebells! I took a 2 week Fat Flush class and lost 10lbs and 2 inches at my waist, 2 at my thighs and my arms!

Congrats!! Down that water it’ll really help!! 8+ glasses a day depending on your size. It really does help.

congrats! keep up the great work. what have you been doing to reach your goal so far? I have been seeing a personal trainer and have all my workouts in excel. If you wouldl ike them PM me and I will send them over to you 🙂
