Rest and lots of fluids! I had a case of Generic Sinus Hell the week before our wedding AND a bad breakout. Try getting some of that Zap-It stuff that you put on a zit to make it disappear and be sure to moisturize your skin religiously. And feel better soon, lady! 🙂

Get some Tylenol Sever Cold and Congestion. I felt like I was at death’s door, took that stuff for a couple of days and I was back to normal in no time!

I would get LOTS of rest if you can.  Maybe you can even talk to your doctor about a z-pack?  One time I was really sick and a couple of days after starting it I felt almost 100% better.

If you take care of yourself now, you should feel better in less than a week, assuming it’s just a cold or flu… I’m sending “Get better!” vibes your way! Like other people said, LOTS of fluids and sleep. That’ll be the best way to get better quickly.

bummer! rest, even though you don’t want to/feel like you don’t have time. drink OJ and take some echinacea. gargle with salt water for the sore throat and it may sound weird, but if you have a stuffed up nose or sinus stuff, you should do a saline solution flush, ala netti pot. PM me if you have questions!

Airbourne works wonders for me when I’m sick.  Make sure you rest and see you doctor.  They can give you meds to speed up the cold and help relieve your symptoms so you can get better rest.  Also, I use a charcoal or sulfur mask when I break out.   Seems to help.  Get better soon!!

Neo-citran always makes me feel a million times better and helps me sleep.  Just make sure you don’t also take acetaminophen (tylenol) at the same time as it already has some in it.  Good luck!

Neti-Pot!!! I know it sounds crazy but I know SO many people who were sick, used one and immediately started feeling better!

You can buy them almost anywhere, I think Wal-Mart/Target even carry them! Rest up, hopefully you’ll be alright by next Saturday!
