My hubby and I had our first month of TTC, hubby was sick on ovulation day so we only did it a few days before. Because of that, we wrote it off as this month not counting. I missed my period and did a pregnancy test yesterday- and got a positive! I did another two tests today and they were both negative. I’m convinced the positive one is the right one, hubby is trying to get me to manage my expectation as he doesn’t want me to get too excited (it’s too late for that). I also feel like shit I am SO bloated. The first doctor appointment I could get is not until Tuesday so I’m going to be going nuts until then. So this thread is definitely for all the internet doctors to confirm I’m pregnant, ok!
If I’m not pregnant then how confusing as I’ve been tracking my cycles, will I have another ovulation day soon? I NEVER skip them, they are always accurate.

@missexcited1985: What kind of test did you take blue or pink dye?

The tests may detect different hcg levels so leave a few days and test again. Fingers crossed for you!
Your next ovulation would come a couple of weeks after your period. How many days late are you?

@missexcited1985: what kind of test did you take yesterday? The blue dye tests are notorious for having shadows that can look like positives.
You should be getting obvious positives if you have missed your period, the tests are so sensitive now that they detect even before your missed period
The first test could have been faulty, OR, maybe you ovulated later than you think and it’s the early start of a positive.

@wifey2k19: 3 days late. No! I was walking around in dreamland yesterday. It’s just hitting me now that the first test could be wrong. I have to go into work and I’m about to burst into tears 🙁

Aww, sending a hug. I think there’s a possibility the first test was faulty unfortunately as I can’t see a line on the other test either.
Give it a fews days and test again
