James Allen for me!  I am a big fan.  I didn’t pick out my ring but have done research and we found a great deal for an awesome diamond.  Here is my 1.7 ct round brilliant:

This is my blue Nile ring, the centre stone is .80 vvs1 I colour and I absolutely love their workmanship and quality. It’s a very good cut oval and it still sparkles like crazy and Fiance saved a lot by buying online!

Here’s my .91 carat F SI1 oval from James Allen. I love how they have videos of diamonds up close so you can see what you are purchasing. The pricings on there are amazing & reasonable compared to those brick & mortar stores. Here’s my beauty set in a platinum floral halo, size 3.5.

Enchanted Diamonds for me. Ask to speak to Jill (in the chat window on their webpage). She has been super helpful to me! I am currently working on a reset of my ering with them!

Better prices than BN, JA, WF… and you can see real pictures of the actual stone and videos too. Also ASET and Idealscope pictures on certain stones. I don’t think all of the others have this feature to see the actual stone you are buying. I know Blue Nile doesn’t for sure!

For my Fiance and I we had looked inside a store (Jared) once to visually see the difference in a D color stone and a J color, or to see if we could see inclusions in a SI2 or not. If you do some research and start to understand the 4C’s at minimum its really not that hard to not see it because all the info is listed for you. I also wouldn’t have purchased online if it wasn’t GIA certified or had a blue nile’s 30 day return policy so if the diamond showd up and we didn’t like it we could have sent it back.

bakingal22:  at Gemvara you are able to specify exactly what type of stone you want and they will find it for you. They have a standard for diamonds that is co spidered to be the very good or better version as a base line and that is the price you see on the website. Again, all of there rings are fully customizable. My ring was only 700 USD. Enjoy honey and take your time. You will be looking at it for a While. Also, even though I picked my ring out and it is bigger than I thought, it still took some time for me to love love it. So there is a difference between what you see and what you see on your actual hand.
