I used mywedding.com but I don’t recall it having dates involved at all, just a budgeting page.  Not sure if you’d find it helpful or not, but it did keep things pretty casual for me while still helping me not forget anything.

grisbear:  I use wedding wire. I am using their checklist, I used the venue search, I made my website through them and I am keeping track of my guest list through them. If you use them to track the guest list you can keep track of RSVPs there too! Very user friendly.

Weddingwire and TheKnot are pretty good websites for wedding planning. Out of the two, I like TheKnot more. Easy to use and navigate. You may also want to check out Barnes and Nobles and buy a wedding planning binder if you’re more into writing things out.
