Date twins!! I am counting in weekends too, but I only have 3 out of those 9 weekends off! Luckily my job is slow on weekends, I have been addressing envelopes all day today.

If that is youre list, you’re doing pretty good!! I am way behind you.

My May to-do: get marriage license, pick up my wedding band from mom (in north carolina- I am in PA), fitting (in NC), attend shower/bach party, buy lingerie and take boudoir pics with a Bridesmaid or Best Man, find a violinist, find a videographer, find a PLACE TO LIVE, make shoe clips, dye doileys, finish fabric pomanders, record a cd (our wedding favors!), get invites out

My June to-do: buy offiant gift, pick up gown (in NC), Bridesmaid or Best Man fittings, figure out Bridesmaid or Best Man sashes, seating chart, make placecards, meet with wedding lady at our venue to figre food, meet with dj, meet with photographer, finish all dj paperwork, make wedding timeline, call negligent RSVP’ers, make table numbers, send rehearsal dinner invites, finish Out of Town bags, whiten teeth, go makeup shopping, dye bolero if needed.

OH MY GODDD. It feels like it is never going to end!! I can’t wait for it to be over haha

Sqame here -but here’s the thing! I do one little thing a night, maybe every two nights. DOnt make it a mountain- just take an item or two at a time and plug at it- you will be shocked at how fast it goes!! I finished 4 things this week alone- I can’t believe it!!

Yes, that is what I am trying to do, couple things at a time- my problem that I keep running into is that it’s not a simple “do it real quick” deal, it’s a start the long process of “finding the direction on how to do it, then find the cheapest supplies, then wait til you’re off work to buy th supplies, then find time to make it” deal

hahaha sigh. My life will be so boring when I’m married.

We only have 5 weekends left until our backyard wedding at our house.  We still  have to:

Finish renovating the kitchen (mudding/sanding the drywall is ALMOST done!)

Build a deck

Renovate the front porch

Gravel for the driveway

Landscaping

Put up new shutters

And that’s only stuff directly related to renovating the house.  Not to mention the rest of the actual wedding plans.  Just thought you’d like to be able to say, “Well at least we don’t have to do all THAT!”

haha the House To-Do list is so much worse than the wedding to-dos!

And those take so much more time and money haha

ours is…

– Finish basement!!

– Replace Screen door

– Paint Porch

– Plant annuals

– Weed and mulch

– Seal driveway

– put up ceiling fan in guest room
