Okay so their are no vegitarians coming to our wedding, first of all but we are going rate testing Sunday but we can only taste test two entrees. Would you rather have Monterey chicken, roasted herb crusted pork lion or fajitas?

Monterey chicken.
Not everybody likes pork, and not everybody likes fajitas, but I’ve yet to meet someone who doesn’t eat chicken.

Chicken seems like best/safest choice. Even in a group of meat-eaters, there’s often people who don’t eat pork. Fajitas seem a little too “relaxed” to me. Just my opinion.

Definitely the chicken. I hate pork! I like fajitas, but the chicken sounds best.

I would rather have the pork, but chicken would be a safer bet.
Ican’t imagine having to try to eat messy fajitas at a wedding where everyone is dressed up.

@amlynn27: pork is risky, a lot of people won’t eat it. Chicken or fajitas are your best bet.

I would rather have the pork, but if you are only getting 1 option, go with the chicken, it will please more people.

I would love fajitas. But agree chicken is the safe choice. My friend did one entree at her wedding and it was a stuffed chicken breast. Everyone liked it even if it wasn’t their favorite meal ever, it was good.

Ditto on chicken being the safest choice, BUT, fajita’s sound appealing too. I’ve never been to a wedding that served fajita’s, and who knows, there may be a reason for that. But, I say if you’ve had a chance to taste them, and they’re up to par, you should go with the fajitas. They’re more fun and unexpected. And besides, chicken HAS.BEEN.DONE.

@amlynn27: I voted pork. I find it’s harder to mess up pork than chicken. Also didn’t know what Monterey chicken was haha. Based off the pics that popped up when I googled, definitely pork in my book. I’m of the school of thought that simple is better. The more stuff mixed into the food, the more likely someone will take issue with it.

@amlynn27: Oh man, I’m hella torn between the pork and the fajitas. I love herby pork, but also love fajitas. I think pork might be less messy for a wedding though!
