@Dawn1234:  There are so many dresses that every bride is bound to suffer dress regret at one point. I know I did and ended up losing the deposit I paid on my first dress. I have a dress I love now but I still get that pang when I see other Bees dresses. It’s natural because a wedding dress is a HUGE deal and you will always second guess yourself. Just keep bringing yourself back to that moment, how you felt when you bought your dress. THAT’s how you will feel on your big day

What don’t you like about it?  I think its gorgeous ..

just a friendly word of advice….sit on it, let it go for awhile…You have time to think about it before you go through it again.  Since you have a year until the big day, I’d wait at least 5 months, if at that time your still not loving, can’t jack it up to make it work then consider it.

But again I think its BEAUTIFUL…

@Dawn1234 I could have written this post and like you I am a worrier and can not make a decision on anything! I have two dresses and not sure if to look for a third but went and tried my first one on again and like you felt lovely in it so am trying to focus on that, I have friends telling me it doesn’t look good though, too much bling and makes me look short so that’s not helping but the bee seem to like it Smile I think you look beautifull in your dress x

@Dawn1234:  nope not at all! πŸ™‚

I had dress regret, bought first dress about 18 months ago, tried and tried to make peace with it. Originally I wanted one of two things…either a ruffled skirt (preferably with lace ruffles) or a lace dress in general. My first purchase was a chiffon ruffled dress, dropped waist ball gown. Loved the shilhouette, didn’t love the dress, felt very prom dress to me. I finally went ISO something else, the salon I was at was limited selection wise, but the last dress I tried on was amazing and an amaing price (still expensive for me …first dress I spent $620, this one just the dress alone was $900+tax) not to include alterations which are $425, ouch! lol

I have had moments where I have doubted mine because its a LOT of dress. Its a dropped waist lace ball gown, its very big on bottom…we are getting married in a tiny chapel style church and reception is at a restaurant bar.  That being said I have come to the decision that this is my dress, I know I won’t regret it in pictures down the road, and I’m sure that if time/money were no object I could switch yet again, but honestly I’ve always dreamed about wearing a ballgown on my wedding day so I have decided to make my venue fit me not the other way around πŸ˜‰

I think that dress is very pretty and its unique. Step away from the regret, and looking for a new one πŸ™‚
