So for an out of town wedding, are you supposed to have welcome bags? And do you make them for everyone? I keep seeing people talking about them on here…What do you usually put in them? The wedding in in columbus ohio…so it is not a beachy theme. I need easy good ideas for these bags. I will have my Maid/Matron of Honor help me put them together but I need things to put in them first! also…any ideas on where to get this stuff cheaper?

Check out this info:
I plan on using Costco for snacks, the tourist center for maps and pamphlets and I’m going to make some snacks myself for our guests to go in the bags.

I’m just going to do something small for the welcome kits. Nothing too expensive. Maybe a granola bar or pretzels from a local manufacturer. You can include something personal, such as you and your fiance’s favorite cookies. In My Humble Opinion, the welcome bag doesn’t have to go with the rest of the theme and the contents can be pretty random. Your welcome bags can also double as hangover kits! I will definitely be giving my guests individual packets of Advil and Tylenol. I’ll include little notes to say “welcome” and explain some of the contents.
