I’ve never been to NO, and your list sounds good to me. I don’t think that you need maps, since when I travel I usually use taxis. If people do want to walk/drive, they can look at the tourist map or ask the hotel desk how to get where they want to go. I’d include the address or cross streets of each of the bars/restaurants.

Most people probably won’t have a ton of time between wedding activities and travel, so I wouldn’t imagine they’d need a weeks worth of activities.  10 seems like a great number and should have something for everyone.

If you go to google you can create your own maps. Put pin points on the area of interest, and you can create directions from your hotel (if everyone is staying at the same one)

Here is the map I created for our wedding ceremony: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF8&fb=1&gl=us&hq=heritage+harbor+parking+garage&hnear=Monterey,+CA&ei=auKoTMC6DoOWsgPnwrGBDQ&sqi=2&ved=0CB8QnwIwAw&msa=0&msid=110196944403431291977.0004916997e865fd5f2a0&ll=36.604371,-121.894072&spn=0.00199,0.004136&t=h&source=embed
