I would maybe list what you are providing and then put on the bottom “Other beverages available for purchase” or something?

We did the same thing and just had a sign with what we were providing. People will just ask the bartender if they want something else, we didn’t have any issues with it.

I agree with PP! If you only list what you are covering they’ll either stick to those, or if it’s obviously a full bar, it should be obvious that other stuff is available for purchase, and for the few that don’t figure that out, the bartender should politely let them know.

How about:

“For your enjoyment this evening, the newlyweds have provided the following beverages:
– wine type 1

– wine typle 2

– beer type 1

– beer type 2

– sangria (house specialty)

– cape cod

– coke, diet coke, sprite

* other beverages available for purchase *

I would probably put out a sign that says “Hosted drinks: wine, beer, sangria, vodka/cran and soft drinks.” I’m assuming people will be able to see if there’s a full bar available and understand that they can purchase something off the list. Or they will ask the bartender if there’s any doubt. I don’t think you need to specify beyond stating what drinks are hosted.
