My wedding is also next June. I started eating right, counting every calorie and exercising regularly about 3 weeks ago, but I have a lot more to loose. I’m down 5lbs already (yay for little victories!) – now just another 35lbs to go (or more??). Good Luck – although I’m sure you won’t need it. You’ll loose it in no time πŸ™‚

Best of luck! I’m looking to drop 8-10 in 6 months. Using myfitnesspal to track my food and exercise, and I’m committing to finish that dang C25K program I’ve started about 3 times. Hehe. You can do it,@RahlyRah:, kick some butt!

I would love to drop 8-9 in 3 months and tone up too!! So you are all ahead of me with your time frames. But, I have been working out and toning this whole time so this is just those damn last pesky pounds that dont want to vacate my body no matter what I do, grrr *shakes fist at the fat, shoo shoo go away*

I lost 11 pounds so far…I would like to lose 9 more by my April wedding!! Its hard but you can do it!! As I keep telling ppl, if I’m putting up the money, I might as well look the way I want. ::Smile::

@RahlyRah: I’m using myfitnesspal.com to count calories and track exercise. If you’re not using that (or something similar) I highly recommend it. It’s a great place to really see your numbers and also have friends to help motivate you.

I’m also doing C25K – started week 4 tonight and couldn’t finish the last run. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow. I also do Hot Yoga a few days a week. I don’t know how much fat this burns, but it has to be great for toning. I was trying to do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, but I simply despise the video. So instead I’m going to join a gym with has a circuit course and also do weights and more cardio on the elliptical and stuff there.

@RahlyRah: Yay! I’m on MFP as well. Same user name. Search me and we can be virtual work out buddies πŸ™‚ It’s an AWESOME way to realize how much/what you eat. I love the charts that breakdown the amount of fats/nutrients you’re taking in.

I want to lose 8 lbs in less than 4 months for my wedding. I am using the myfitnesspal app to track food and exercises, its awesome! I’m working out every other day but I recently started so I haven’t seen results. But I know I can do it.
