I think that in this case, if they are a couple and they have the baby together, she should be invited, even though you wouldn’t normally invite her.

If they’re on good terms, then yes, she should be invited.

I would say if you are giving most people plus ones, then yes, you should also give your cousin and his girlfriend an invite.

If they didn’t have a baby together then probably not, but I think you risk really offending both of them if you don’t so I would definitely invite her.

She should definitely be invited…I would invite either both or neither.  If you’re trying to keep the guest count down, I would say don’t invite either of them unlee you’re super close with your cousin.  Wouldn’t you be upset if someone invited you to their wedding but asked you to leave your fiance at home?  I just try to think of it that way.  🙂

If they have a baby together, then they are family. She should be invited.

It would be a TOTAL SLAP to give plus 1s to those who “won’t know anyone else” before you give one to her.

I agree that she should be invited. They may not technically be married, engaged or living together, but I think “are in a relationship and are raising their biological child together” is probably a category that would logically follow.
