I’m getting married next year and my colours are blush/cream/ivory with small touches of silver. I’ve found some comfy shoes that are quite high as I need some height.
I’m just not sure if they are too sparkly/silver to match my dress.
It is a plain lace dress with modern tulle train.
opinions would be grateful

I think they’re beautiful! I wish I could wear shoes that high!
Remember, your shoes won’t be totally visable the whole day. So I think they’ll work perfectly 🙂

my wedding isn’t until 4pm so I think I will cope with them the afternoon and night. I just always thought white ivory shoes. Didn’t want to be too blingy 🙂
thanks for replying 🙂

Go for it if you love them!
My shoes are primarily angel wings, so definitely not traditional 😉

Is there a such thing as a shoe that is too sparkly?

#1 – nothing can ever be too sparkly!
#2 – shoes don’t have to “match” so you’re good there!
I love them!

I second PPs. Totally go for something you love! Your dress will be long enough that it would be hard to see unless you lift up your dress or if you shortened the hem of your dress by a lot.
My wedding shoes were non-ivory/white. I still wear them to the office whenever I can. 😉

Coming from someone who just ordered teal heels to go with my tea-length wedding dress… I LOVE unique wedding shoes! These are gorgeous! Strut the bling and I guarantee you’ll get compliments!
