our wedding is relatively small (only 60 guests) and I have 3 bridesmaids (including MOH) and Fiance has 3 groomsmen (including BM). We dont have any flower girls or anything. Do you think this is too much? I would never just have one bridesmaid, so it was always going to be 2 or 3.

I think it’s fine. We’re having about anywhere from 45-60 guests and we’re having 1 Maid/Matron of Honor, 1 Bridesmaid or Best Man, 1 best man & 1 Groomsmen. I think it’s perfect for our wedding size.

@ahbsbee: No I think it sounds perfect! Afterall, its your day and you could have 1 or 10 and all that matters is what makes you and your groom happy!
I don’t there are any set rules….I only had 1 Maid/Matron of Honor and no bridesmaids!

@ahbsbee: I have 38 total invited to our wedding. I have one bridesmaid and one maid of honor. Fiance has one groomsman and one best man. My daughter will be the flower girl.

I think it’s fine! We’re having a 50 person wedding and each having 2 attendants!

Your wedding sounds just like mine!! Same amount of people, same wedding party. So….I’d have to say it sounds okay haha

@ahbsbee: That sounds perfect! That’s what I wanted, but my Fiance wanted all five of his best guy friends and wanted it to be even on my side too. Haha. We also have 2 flower girls and a ringbearer.

I think it’s totally fine. As long as there’s more people in the pews than standing up front, you’re in good shape. I had a 75 person wedding and 4 bridesmaids.
I attended a pretty small destination wedding once, where they had 3 attendants each and had their parents and grandparents in the processional, but there was only 19 people in attendance… so 16 in the processional, and 3 in the general audience. THAT was a little strange.
