Okay, so.. We were going throught the process of picking colors and i just never could decide on anything. So when i went to pick up my wedding dress i had seen a color that caught my eye. PINK, not a pepto hot pink but i light almost powder pink. nothing to crazy. This isnt the first time this color has caught my attention, i think it would be romantic and sofisticated. not to girly, right?. But i also remember my Fiance protesting that the one color he doesnt want is pink. Him being the sweet person he is, agreed to the light/powder/pastel pink, AS LONG as him and his groomsmen dont have to wear it. So our colors are powder pink, light grey, and dark grey..
Do you think these colors are to girly?
The groomsmen would wear grey, not pink
Thanks!

I’m in love with these two colour schemes (both from Flights Of Fancy), which are slightly similar to what you were suggesting, and I don’t think they’re too girly:

Pewter is actually the accent color, although my DB color swatch is darker.
the wedding is a southern charmed wedding, and with it being in May my Fiance would be burning up so they are probably going to all go get the same color dark wash jean with a light grey button up and dark grey tie

I think that combination is elegant and perfect for the time of your wedding. My Fiance said no pink too lol, so my colors are purple/gold/ivory/green.

I had pale pink, charcoal, silver, and ivory as my wedding colors and I loved it! Check out my gallery pics if you want to see my lovely bridesmaids in blush pink dresses. DH and his guys wore classic black tuxedos with ivory shirts, but all the flowers/corsages/bout’s were light pink. It looked classic and really nice in pics.

I don’t think that combination is too girly at all, but that being said, if your Fiance doesn’t love it, I might rethink it and go for a compromise!

That was my parents’ color scheme! It looked nice, not too feminine or masculine, and they meshed well together.
