Ok ladies…I need your opinion please! First off, I am the most indecisive person ever! I recently had my hair and make up trial. At the trial, I tried a half-up do, a low/messy updo, and then before I went home my hairstylist took my hair down so I included pictures of if down curly. I sort of always envisioned a low/messy/romantic/soft updo for my wedding hairstyle, but after seeing it in pictures down and curly, I kind of love that. That wasn’t even an option when I left the hair salon, but now I’m thinking I would like the down do. My sister thinks I should do the updo and then I could always take it down for the reception, but I don’t know. It’s harder to decide because the only picture with my wedding day make up is the ones with the down hairstyle, so maybe that’s why I’m liking it more. Maybe more pieces down in the front would look better for the updo? Or it more tight on the sides and top? By the way, the half-up do with the veil is not MY veil for the wedding day. The salon had a veil so we tried it on, but you can see my veil in my wedding dress photo. So based on my wedding dress photo, which hairstyle do you think is best? Please let me know! Thanks<3

Wow, I usually prefer hair down but you’re so gorgeous that it’s almost impossible to choose between them! I love love love the half-up hairstyle, and I also really love the bun. I think with the hair all the way down, it looks a little undone to me, so that’s my least favorite. Your dress is very elegant/classic, so the low bun would look incredible with it! So now that I’ve rambled, my vote goes to the bun 🙂

I like the half-updo best. The only thing against wearing it all down is that it can fall flat easier and if it gets in your face, etc.

@stidley2: Curious where you got your earrings, they are exactly what I am looking for.

Your hair is beautiful!! Personally, I love the half up look. It gives you something a little more formal/fancy than just all down, but it still looks so natural and you really get the effect of the curls.
P.S. your earrings are stunning!

I like the half updo. I think the whole updo looks messy, and while I think the all down is pretty, I would think you will probably not want your hair in your face all day. At least, I wouldn’t. Plus, I think the half updo will look better with the veil. I like your dress, btw

I love the half updo. It’s romantic yet will still look great with the veil.

One more vote for the half-updo. It will look great with the low placement of your veil like in the last photo.

Seriously they are both so gorgeous I can’t decide!!!!

Half up is very pretty. You look gorgeous with that one. Your full down is my second fave. I honestly do not like the full up. It looks very messy (and not in the whimsical sense sorry).

Hi ladies. Thank you so much for your feedback! It is very much appreciated. I did have my hair dresser mess up the updo (whoops!) and then I took the photographs. So it wasn’t messy at first, but unfortunately I did not take any picture of how it looked non-messy.
@Treejewel19: I got my earrings at the bridal shop where I got my dress from. The designer of them are called Haute Bride. My bridal shop ordered them from the designer after I picked them out at their store =)

UP ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!! you are such a pretty girl, thats why people cant choose! LOL! But with your dress the up do is perfect! I really hate half and half styles… and the down just doesn’t go that well with your dress in my opinion

I like how the updo would look with your dress, and you totally rock it. 😀

I loooove the up-do. Which is surprising because usually I prefer hair down. It looks so elegant and will look gorgeous with your dress!
