I know quite a few people who don’t drink vodka, so I’d steer clear of only offering that.  Maybe that could be part of one of your signature cocktails?

I’d go with whatever gives you more variety, I’m assuming that’s the 3 gallons of 2 different kinds?

I hate vodka personally, but then I’d stick to wine.  I think *most* people drink wine or beer, but I think it’s good to offer an alternative for those don’t.  If it’s cheaper to just stick to the vodka then do that.  I wouldn’t be disappointed by not being able to have a spirit.

Wait is it raspberry vodka on the rocks or is it a drink made out of raspberry vodka?

I would do two drinks. It would be fun if the other one was blue? We had a blue and a pink drink and all night I saw my guests carrying them around.

For me it would depend on what your signature cocktails were.  I’ve had some that are amazing and then some that are a bunch of fruit juices and sugar topped with a little alcohol (NOT a fan of those).  I couldn’t drink more than one of your signature cocktails if it is overly sweet or too weak on alcohol where I’m basically just drinking some juice.  Rum is my favorite but I don’t mind vodka either, I would drink your raspberry vodka with soda water and some lime juice.  And I would be able to have more than one of those since it isn’t overly sweet.

Otherwise, I love wine and I would probably stick to that.

Signature cocktails def give more variety. I happen to love vodka and would be pleased as punch. Honestly you could serve me Burnetts- you’re paying and as your guests they will be appreciative regardless.

I agree with pp’s about using your vodka in a sig drink! I bet it’ll be great.

I just know that while I adore vodka- I hate flavored booze and many people feel the same way. It would suit more people to have the two sig drinks and just have the bridal sig drink with the vodka you love!

When you say 5 gal of raspberry infused vodka cocktails do you mean that 1. they have to drink the vodka straight up or on ice… or 2. the bar will mix drinks but the only liquor is the raspberry vodka? If it’s the first then I’d say go with the 2 signature drinks. If the latter then that actually gives you more variety as you could do a LOT of mixed drinks with raspberry vodka as the main ingredient.
