My fiancé and I are going to be buying a ring from moissaniteco.com and I just want some opinions on their site considering we’ve never purcahsed anything from there before. Are their rings pretty?? Do they ship them nicely and safe??? Is ordering them easy???

I have an engagement ring, wedding band (which I can’t wait to wear!), and stud earrings from MoissaniteCo.com. I love all three pieces and would purchase from them again. I have had the engagement ring since February 2014, the earrings since April 2014, and have not had problems with either of them. I opted for expedited shipping, the packages came via FedEx and required a signature, I am not home during the day so I opted to have them held at a FedEx office for pick up. Just a warning, expedited shipping only speeds up shipping time, not production time. My rings both took about 7 business days to complete.

I was just about to start a thread like that. Fiance and I thinking on purchasing a wedding set from them.
Do you have a forever brilliant moissy?

I have mixed emotions about MoCo, but my experience was way different than most people’s. Their rings come from large casting houses (Stuller, Unique Settings of NY, and a few others)- which isn’t really a bad thing, it just means that they don’t make their own settings. Lots of companies don’t so whatever. However, the particular setting I got ended up having to be discontinued because of some issues with the pave. I will say that customer service did all they could to try and make it right for me, even outside of the 30 day warranty window because my DH had held on to the ring for months before proposing. In the end, I ended up returning for a full refund and having Schubach’s remake my ring from scratch, with some design improvements. So, if you have a bit more money to play around with, I’ll always recommend Schubach’s first because the craftmanship of the ring I got from them really blew MoCo’s ring out of the water.

I do not have a Forever Brilliant. My center stone is 1 carat in model Eng731, ring size 7.25. It shows color occasionally, but I think it has a lot of character. I originally got an Asha but found that it was TOO white for my taste, and also seemed to get dirty very easily.

I have a ring from MoCo and I couldn’t be happier. The setting doesn’t have any pave or anything like that, but has an intricate metalwork design. My 1ct unenhanced round is gorgeous, too!
My moissanite has developed that film that all gemstones can develop sometimes, but mine is stubborn and not coming off with regular jewelry cleaner. I emailed MoCo on Monday, got a reply within five minutes, and after a bit of back and forth where they asked for the name of who purchased the ring and for our address, they’ve sent out a cleaning cloth for free with 2-day priority shipping. Pretty damn awesome in my opinion.

If that doesn’t work try “Invisible Glass” – it’s an auto grade window cleaner and the only thing that worked on mine!

hey there! I have a three stone ring with forever brilliant from moissaniteco and I totally love it. It rarely ever appears yellow to me. The only time it has some warmth to it is on cloudy/rainy days. Here is my ring. 🙂 1.25 ct center (7mm) and two 0.25ct side stones with .28ct on the sides. Total is 2.03 ct, all moissanite and I much prefer it to my diamond engagement ring. My moissanite is super sparkly and doesn’t attract dirt/grime as easily as a diamond. I went to see a few Forever one moissanites at a local jewelry store and found that I prefer a slight bit of warmth in my stone. Overall, it usually looks white but occasionally it gets “moody” and I really love that about it too. It’s unique. 🙂

This is a 4ct FB on a 7.25 size finger from moco. I have had several custom rings created by them. LOVE them. I have a video as well somewhere. Let me know if you need the link.
