While that’s a nice dress, I think there are better dresess out there for you. You have a really nice physique, and that dress is okay on you. Just…okay.

I know I mentioned it elsewhere, but there’s a whole lot more to wedding gowns on a budget than David’s Bridal. I did my first fitting at Nordstrom, and there’s a wide range of prices there. BHLDN is another good place to start. DB reminds me a bit of Kay Jeweler’s, in that they attract people looking for a deal, but aren’t really that great.

Of these 3 dress A definitely does the most for you 🙂

Honestly, the skirt of dress B looks very mismatched to me in the photo you posted most recently. I’d heed the advice of PPs and expand your search beyond DB.

I still think there are tons of dresses under 1k to try on athe David’s Bridal if you’re preferring them. These are all $500-900!

I agree 🙁 I’m not wowed by any of these dresses but check out sample sales at local bridal shops.

we just had one and had 3k gown from 600-1000. My gowns are typically 5-10k but I gotta dress from David’s. No shame there but if you don’t LOVE any of them, 1k is a lot on money to “settle” on… Unless you love them in that case I apologize for the honest opinions
