So I am not a bride that likes the traditional, lacy, vintage lace and the illusion (I feel like it’s all you see nowadays)
Thoughts on this dress? Our ceremony is a church and reception is a modern industrial venue! Obviously I’d have the neckline raised and filled in

Pretty dress. But if your ceremony is in a church, then that plunging cleavage in the dress is too low. I would have a seamstress fill it in with some applique strips or a classy line of beading.

gimmepretty : Yes yes for sure! I’m definitely not okay with how low the neckline is haha

It looks beautiful but not “untraditional.”

jeg25b : I can’t tell if there’s a nude fabric in between the neckline. It looks really low. If yes, then good. Looks nice on you.

Beautiful! I love the train

I think you look amazing! The dress is super flattering on you. I’m sure you could fill in the plunge with some pearl type beading ( why do so many wedding dresses have this plunge nowadays? It’s not necessary). I love the unique lace on your dress. You definitely look beautiful with your hair like that too.

It’s perfect for the industrial venue, instead of changing the dress I wonder if you could order a cape/shawl in the same overlay
