I like it but I think it’s one of those things that you will look back on and wish you hadn’t. Kinda egg head-ish.

I love it! Reminds me of Sex in the City. Depending on how much hair you have or if you add extensions, I don’t think your hair bun will be that “big”. Which I think is a good thing, it won’t be so “dramatic” (and less “egghead-ish”), but will still be awesome!

Something a little softer might work well with the dress. You could have the big bun but maybe a few strands framing your face? I don’t know. . . you might find that annoying.

@pinkb: My thoughts exactly!! ๐Ÿ™‚ I love SATC!

In that episode (which I still cannot to this day watch without shedding a tear, how stupid is she?? Aidan was the best), Carrie’s “bun” swirls around, and it looks like Heidi’s is not as “swirly”.

@Mrs.H2B: I actually think that style will look PERFECT with your dress! What I’m thinking is to have the same idea that Heidi has, but just modify it so it’s not so “bigg” = big + egg shaped (it looks great from the front but from the side its kinda weird looking), make it a little softer and rounder like Carrie’s ๐Ÿ™‚

PS LOVE your dress ๐Ÿ™‚ I love the look! A clean and classy hair style for a clean and classy dress!

It is like Sex in the City.  It reminded me of Disney’s Cinderella’s hair.

I think if you underplay the hair accessories, you can pull it off. Would definitely go soft on the makeup to avoid looking severe. Saw some photos of a girl who did this style and looked amazing!!

I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it either. I think it is to severe for they style of your dress. I think that a half up half down look would look much better ๐Ÿ™‚

I personally would never be able to pull it off! But if you can i say go for it! I think it would go great with your dress too! Which btw is beautiful!

Love the dress, I personally think somthing more flowey would go with the romantic feel of the dress.
