Have you seen them both in person? The pictures are hard to see.

kaylarayy:  I like the princess, but it is hard to tell from those pics what the stones actually look like.

I understand that clarity is your lowest priority, but I would never in a million years buy an I2 stone, especially if both stones are graded by the questionable quality lab that shows up in the second picture. Besides being extremely likely to have glaring, obvious flaws, they’re also pretty likely to have stability issues. Certain types of inclusions can weaken a diamond to the point that it will crack right in half if you knock it against something.

If you can’t see them in person or at the very least get some better pictures, I wouldn’t bite. I’d also make sure that an experienced gemologist could take a look at it to assess any problems you might run into with that clarity.

kaylarayy:  It’s strictly personal preference setting wise. I like plain shank shank rings.  I also think the bigger the stone, the more modest the setting.

Please just be careful of clarity enhanced diamonds some are filled with glass and are prone to shatter if knocked etc. I love the round!! Good luck

It depends on a lot of factors – what type of inclusions the diamond has, their location, the diamond’s size, how the diamond is set…

That’s why I’m recommending that you get a look at the clarity plot/see the stones in person in different light sources/have the diamonds looked at by a professional. It doesn’t really matter if you feel like you’re getting a sweet deal if the diamond looks like a chunk of frozen spit that doesn’t sparkle and may have stability issues. You really can’t judge from pictures that are that blurry and that far away.
