My daughter is having a Rose Garden wedding with a reception at the same location but indoors. She likes things simple and she wants the centerpieces to be in mason jars and the flowers to have an outdoorsy feel. I’ve included a picture of what her inspiration was as well as 2 mason jars I’ve put some simple ribbon on. Her tablecloths will be black with pink and purple flowers. She doesn’t like burlap but she does like lace. Unfortuantely, we haven’t incorporated lace anywhere. He dress is charmeuse (sp)
Which one do you bees think I should go with? Should I do something different? Leave them naked?
I’m also including a pic of the finished napkins

I vote for the pink and purple ribbons, but I would say that my vote could change depending upon the colors of the flowers that will be in the jar. Could you use lace ribbons around the jars since she likes lace and it hasn’t been incorporated elsewhere?

I was thinking of putting lace but I wasnt sure how it would look against the black tablecloths. Then wouldn’t I have to use lace elsewhere?
Thanks for responding!

I actually like the simplicity of the plain jars. You could also do chalkboard painted mason jars and then use pink or purple chalk to write the table numbers on them (like shown in this link.) Or instead of the table numbers you could use wedding related words like “love”, “happiness”, etc.

I really like it without the ribbon! You could put lace doilies under the centerpieces and it would look beautiful.

Whihever color combo you go with (I voted both, but the purple looks good alone too), I like the ribbons around the middle of the jar. That’s what we ended up doing.

I do like the lace but I’m worried about it against the black tablecloths.
